The details
- Names stay hidden in search until you unlock someone. Using a credit reveals their name and work email and gives you a draft.
- Upgrades apply immediately, with the new allowance from that moment. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
- If you cancel, your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for, then you're on Free with any free credits you haven't used.
- If a payment fails, your paid plan pauses straight away and you're on Free until it goes through. Any plan credits you haven't used are kept while it's paused, and they're yours again once you pay. A card dispute pauses the plan the same way.
- If an email bounces, mark it. We re-check the address ourselves. If the mailbox doesn't exist, your credit comes back automatically. If it does exist, there's no refund, but you can ask for a person to review it. For companies whose mail can't be checked, a small number of refunds each month are automatic and the rest are reviewed.
- Free credits are for one account per person, given once. Accounts made with disposable email addresses don't receive them.
